Decided
to take the plunge and travel to Belgium, despite the bad
weather and the enormous heaps of snow. Had a wonderful
day with only my always happy Yacime (JCh. Cheek to Cheek
Beetlejuice) who did quite well by becoming 4EX in Open
Class!

GRC in Bonn,
Germany
|
For
this show only 1 little guy was entered; Roman (Rocksett
Crunching The Snow) and he was wonderfully graded
3EX in the Junior Class. His litter sister Venice
(Rocksett Calling Yoo Hoo) went 2EX and got the
Reserve Junior CC (DRC+VDH) out of no less than 21
competitors! Their mother Yacime (JCh. Cheek to
Cheek Beetlejuice) even added to this, she won the
Open Class and the full CC (DRC+VDH)!

| My sister
and I spent a week in Slovenia with Yacime and her just 9
months old kids Venice, Roman & Milan and attended two
shows there: on the Saturday we went to the Retriever
Special in Pragersko and on Sunday we participated in the
Euro Dogshow in Celje. And with great, great pride... |

In Junior
Class, Venice (Rocksett Calling Yoo Hoo), Roman (Rocksett
Crunching The Snow) and Milan (Rocksett City Side Walks)
all got EX! But we were even more thrilled by their mummy
Yacime (JCh. Cheek to Cheek Beetlejuice) who went 2EX and
got the Reserve CC in Open Class - what a fantastic result!!!

Cheek to Cheek Beetlejuice) got EX in Open Class. The
three 'little ones' made their debut in Junior Class;
Roman (Rocksett Crunching The Snow) was graded EX and
Milan (Rocksett City Side Walks) went 4EX! Venice
(Rocksett Calling Yoo Hoo) also had some tough competition
in her class but she did so well too by getting EX and
ending 5th!

A
wonderful show with again nice results: Venice (Rocksett
Calling Yoo Hoo) and Dhiya
(Rocksett Cheery Warm Glow, owner Marion de Graaf) both got a
lovely critique and a VP in a very strong Puppy Class.
Yacime (JCh. Cheek
to Cheek Beetlejuice) had an EX and was shortlisted in the
Open Class out of 23 entries!

17, 2010 - GRCN Open 'Summershow' in Rijssen, Holland
|
We spent a
long weekend camping in Holten with the dogs, and on the
Saturday we attended the 'Summershow' organised by the Dutch GRC.
With really nice results... Roman (Rocksett Crunching The
Snow) went 2nd in Puppy Class and his litterbrother Milan got a
3rd place! Their sister Venice (Rocksett Calling Yoo Hoo) had a
strong field of competitors but did so well by becoming 4th as
one of the youngest in her class. Furthermore
a special compliment to my sister who has never been in the
showring before but 'just like that' managed to achieve such a
great result with Milan; well done, Ireen!

in Zuilen,

Four
Rocksett puppies took part in this show; Milan (Rocksett City
Side Walks) was placed 2nd and Roman (Rocksett Crunching The Snow)
went 1st/BOS Baby. Venice (Rocksett Calling Yoo Hoo) again won her
class and was BOB Baby!! Dhiya (Rocksett Cheery Warm Glow,
owned by Marion de Graaf) made her showdebut and was 2nd after
Venice; congratulations Marion, well done by both of you!

13, 2010 - GRCN Championship Clubshow in Ermelo, Holland
|
We
again entered both our boys Roman (Rocksett Crunching The Snow)
and Milan (Rocksett City Side Walks) and this time the luck was on
Roman's side: he was placed 4th in the Baby Class! Venice (Rocksett Calling Yoo
Hoo)
also got a VP, was shortlisted with the best 6 and had a great
critique: "Smaller, but very nicely made. Very feminine
head and expression. Good neck, shoulders and front. Good level
topline and correct tailset. Nice hindquarters. Moved well for
such a young puppy and very well handled".
Once
more we are very pleased with the results of our only 20
weeks old youngsters...

Open 'Queenshow' in Bergschenhoek, Holland
|
Our
three youngsters made their showdebut and what a day that was...
Venice (Rocksett Calling Yoo Hoo) put a big smile on our faces by
winning the Baby Class at just 17 weeks of age!! Her brothers Milan
(Rocksett City Side Walks) and Roman (Rocksett Crunching The Snow)
both made it to the final cut and Milan was even placed 4th being
the youngest in the class.
It was such a pleasure to escort these three puppies on their first show, they
performed so wonderfully with their flowing
movements and constantly wagging tails!!
